I really don’t want to sell this one, but I can’t keep them all….

While it may sound odd to describe a relic’d guitar as ‘mint’ or ‘as new’,  it really does apply here. This is a mint condition 1957 Relic Stratocaster, with an extremely rare blue sparkle finish, that was made in the Fender Custom Shop in 2017. This limited edition, dealer-select model was made specifically for Wildwood Guitars. Very few guitars were made to these specs.

Like all Fender Custom Shop guitars, this is a highly-tuned thoroughbred. Coming in at a few ounces over 7lbs, this Strat is very light and very resonant. 

The factory pickups have just the right amount of girth, clarity and have that “airy” tone that’s so nice you barely need any overdrive to make it sing. It is very touch ­sensitive and very light on the right hand. It cleans up nicely or you can dig in and get those sweet over­tones.

This is an understated and elegant looking guitar as you can see in the photos. (Back plate was briefly removed for pictures only.) It features am Alder body with a light relic job which is very tasteful. The neck offers the “57 Soft V” shape and is quarter­sawn for tone, reliability and general awesomeness. Frets are 6105’s and the fingerboard features the Wildwood­-specific 10″ radius.

Comes complete with the case candy and COA as shown.

This is simply a great guitar, and the limited edition Wildwood 10 models really hold their value.
